TeamCare offers an innovative approach to healthcare, ensuring that quality service is accessible regardless of your location. This includes care at home, while traveling, at work, or through in-person visits. The newly launched patient app facilitates 24/7 connection with your healthcare team, enabling easy access to appointments, online telehealth consultations, prescription refills, and additional services.

This service is currently available to employees and their adult dependents enrolled in the Cigna plan residing in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. It aims to reimagine our core healthcare model to better serve a diverse patient base. Feedback from users will be vital in shaping this initiative to benefit seniors nationwide.

The TeamCare app allows users to:
